RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return / exchange items must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must be in original packaging with receipt and returned within 30 days of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS

Exchanges:

Sof Sole offers a 1-year warranty on all our products against manufacturer’s defects (this does not include natural wear and tear). For products deemed defective please email our customer Service team at caorders@4implus.com and additional instructions will be provided.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned / exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable on the original purchase.

It is recommended using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned product.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying that we have received the returned item and approval or rejection of a refund/exchange.
Approved refunds will be processed and applied to credit card or original method of payment, please allow a few days for processing. (Excludes shipping cost)
